Plans and pricing: Free and Pro

Zitli has two plans. All prices are in CHF, including Swiss VAT (8.1%).

14 days of Pro for free

Every new account gets 14 days of Pro, without a credit card. After that, the account automatically switches to Free, unless you choose Pro. Nothing is deleted, and there are no costs if you do nothing. You can see how many days are left in the app's navigation («Pro trial: X days left»).

• 1 bookable event type (booking page)
• Unlimited bookings
• Calendar sync
• Booking confirmations by email
• Cantonal public holidays
• AI assistants can read your calendar (MCP)
• «Powered by Zitli» on your booking page

Pro: CHF 16 per month or CHF 160 per year

The annual plan is equivalent to two free months.

• Unlimited event types
• Remove Zitli branding
• Accept payments at booking
• AI assistants manage bookings, availability and event types (MCP)
• Priority support: your emails are answered first

Teams

Team plans and team features (round-robin, shared appointments, team pages) are in development and not yet available.

Price increases

Any future price increases apply only to new customers. Existing subscriptions keep their price.

Discount for switching from Calendly

If you bring over your event types with the automatic import from Calendly, you get a switching discount (see «Switching from Calendly to Zitli»).
