Accept payments at booking (Pro)

With Pro, your clients can pay when they book, for example for a consultation, a deposit or a paid session. Payment runs through your own Stripe account; the money goes directly to you.

Setting it up

1. Open Apps (App Store) and install Stripe.
2. Connect your Stripe account or create one.
3. Open Event types and the event type you want to charge for.
4. Under Apps, turn on Stripe, set the price and currency (e.g. CHF) and save.

Payment is optional: turn it on only for the event types that are paid.

Good to know

• Stripe charges its own fees per payment, according to your Stripe agreement.
• On the Free plan, paid event types cannot be booked online. Clients then see a notice that the appointment cannot be booked online at the moment.
• You issue refunds to your clients in your Stripe account.
