Who operates Zitli?
Zitli is a product of Otternative Marketing GmbH, Holeestrasse 108, 4054 Basel, Switzerland (UID CHE-183.618.132). Your contract is with a Swiss company and is governed by Swiss law.
Where is my data stored?
The app and the database run in data centres in the EU. Your data is not replicated to US regions. The other service providers we use (e.g. for sending email, analytics and support chat) are listed in the privacy policy.
Legal framework
Zitli is designed around the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR. We only collect what is needed for scheduling and do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.
Security
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.
- Credentials and tokens (e.g. for your calendar) are stored encrypted.
- Two factor authentication: turn it on under Settings › Security › Two factor authentication.
- In the event of a data breach affecting your data, we will inform you in accordance with applicable law.
Your clients' data
When you use Zitli to schedule appointments with your clients, you decide what data your booking page collects, and you remain responsible for it under data protection law (including informing your clients and any professional secrecy obligations). Zitli processes this data on your behalf. Visitors to public booking pages are not tracked.
Deleting your account
Under Settings › My account › Profile › Delete account. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Appointments that are already in your Google or Outlook calendar stay there.

To request information about your data, an export, or for other privacy matters, write to privacy@zitli.ch.
