Connect Zitli to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants (MCP)

Zitli has an MCP server (Model Context Protocol). This lets you ask your AI assistant about your appointments in plain language and, with Pro, have it make changes too.

What you can ask

• «What's on my calendar this week?»
• «Which 30-minute slots are free on Thursday afternoon?»
• «Send me the booking link for my initial consultation.»
• «Which bookings are still waiting for my confirmation?»
• With Pro: «Cancel my 10 o'clock appointment tomorrow.», «Block 22 to 26 December, I'm on holiday.», «From now on I only work Friday mornings.», «Create a 45-minute event type for follow-up appointments.»

Reading and acting

• Reading (Free and Pro): profile, event types and booking links, bookings (upcoming, past, cancelled, unconfirmed), available times up to 31 days ahead, working hours and blocked days.
• Acting (Pro and trial): confirm, decline and cancel bookings, request a reschedule, mark no-shows; block and unblock days; change working hours and date exceptions; create, change, duplicate and delete event types.

The assistant does not book appointments on behalf of your clients. New bookings always go through your booking page; the assistant can share the link.

Setup

Claude (claude.ai or the Claude app): Settings › Connectors › «Add custom connector». Enter the name «Zitli», paste the MCP server URL, click «Connect», sign in to Zitli and confirm access.

ChatGPT: Settings › Apps & Connectors, turn on developer mode under «Advanced settings». Create a connector called «Zitli», paste the URL, choose OAuth, sign in to Zitli, confirm and enable Zitli in the chat.

Whether custom connectors are available depends on your Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

Claude Code, Cursor and other developer tools: create a personal API key in Zitli under Settings › Developer › API keys and use it with the same URL. The exact commands are at zitli.ch/en/ai-assistants. Team and app API keys are not accepted.

Privacy and control

• When you connect, you see exactly what the app is allowed to do, and you confirm it.
• Clients are shared only with their name and email address. Meeting links, phone numbers and addresses stay in Zitli.
• Zitli instructs the assistant to check with you before every change. Many AI apps also ask for permission for each action.
• Access tokens expire after 30 minutes. Under Settings › Connected AI apps you can disconnect any app with one click; access ends immediately.
• Zitli only counts which tool was used and whether it worked, never your questions or results.
• Once your assistant has received a response, your AI provider's terms apply. Choose a provider and a subscription you trust with client data.

Limits

Up to 30 tool calls per minute. On the Free plan, links and available times refer to your one bookable event type. If you change your plan, this applies from the next request.
