# What is Zitli?

Zitli is an online appointment booking tool for self-employed professionals and small practices in Switzerland. You share a booking link, your clients see only the times when you are actually free, and they book themselves. The booking goes straight into your calendar.

## What makes Zitli different

- **Cantonal public holidays built in:** the public holidays of all 26 cantons are included. You choose your canton, and no one can book on those days.
- **Four languages:** the app and your booking page are available in German, French, Italian and English. You work in your language, your clients book in theirs.
- **Prices in CHF including VAT:** payment by TWINT or card, invoices with VAT shown separately.
- **Swiss company, hosted in the EU:** Zitli is operated by Otternative Marketing GmbH in Basel. The data is stored in data centres in the EU (designed around the Swiss FADP and the GDPR).
- **Open core:** Zitli is based on the open-source scheduling software cal.diy (from the Cal.com family).

## What you can do with Zitli

- Create event types (e.g. initial consultation 30 min, follow-up 60 min), each with its own link
- Connect Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Apple Calendar or CalDAV so you are never double-booked
- Automatically create a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams link for every booking
- Have confirmations and reminders sent by email
- Accept payments at booking (Pro)
- Embed the booking page on your own website
- Connect Zitli to AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT

## Who is Zitli for?

For anyone who offers one-to-one appointments: therapists and coaches, physiotherapists, law firms and fiduciaries, consultants, teachers and many more.

Team features such as round-robin (distributing appointments across a team), shared appointments with multiple hosts and team pages are **in development** and not yet available.
