# Share your booking page and embed it on your website

## Your booking link

Every account has a public booking page at `app.zitli.ch/YOUR-USERNAME`. There, your clients see all visible event types. Each event type also has its own link, e.g. `app.zitli.ch/YOUR-USERNAME/initial-consultation`.

- **Copy the page link:** click «Copy public page link» at the bottom left of the app.
- **Copy the link to an event type:** under **Event types**, click the link icon next to the event you want.

You can change your username under **Settings › My account › Profile**. Note: old links will no longer work afterwards.

## Where you can use the link

- Your website and a «Book an appointment» button
- Email signature and templates
- Google Business Profile
- Social media profiles

## Embedding on your own website

You can build the booking calendar directly into your website so clients can book without leaving your site:

1. Open **Event types** and select the event type.
2. Open the menu (three dots) and choose **Embed**.
3. Choose the type: directly in the page (inline), as a floating button, or as a pop-up when a link is clicked.
4. Copy the code and paste it into your website (e.g. as an HTML block in WordPress, Wix or Squarespace).

## What clients see on the booking page

- Only available times, taking into account your working hours, your connected calendar, your buffers and your canton's public holidays
- Public holidays are marked with a small dot and listed by name below the month, with a note that they cannot be booked
- The page in German, French, Italian or English

Clients don't need an account: they choose a time and enter their name and email address.

On the Free plan, «Powered by Zitli» appears on the page. With Pro, you can remove it.
