# My booking page shows no times or too few times

Zitli only shows times that meet all the rules. Check the following in order:

1. **Working hours:** are hours entered for these weekdays under **Availability**? Is the right schedule applied to the event type?
2. **Time zone:** is the schedule's time zone correct (e.g. Europe/Zurich)? A wrong time zone shifts all times.
3. **Connected calendar:** appointments in your calendar block that time. All-day entries and appointments marked as «busy» count too. Under **Settings › Calendars** you can see which calendars are checked.
4. **Public holidays:** if the day is a public holiday in your canton, it is blocked (**Settings › Holidays**).
5. **Time off or date override:** under **Settings › Out of office** and **Availability**.
6. **Event type limits:** minimum notice, booking window, buffers or a maximum number of bookings per day can exclude times.
7. **Duration:** a long event type sometimes doesn't fit into short blocks of time.

## «This appointment cannot be booked online at the moment»

Clients see this message when the account is on the Free plan and

- the event type is not the one bookable event type of the Free plan, or
- payment is set up for the event type.

Solution: upgrade to Pro (**Settings › Billing**), or keep the event type you want as the only visible event type, or turn off payment.

## A client was able to book on a public holiday

Under **Settings › Holidays**, check whether the right canton is selected and the day is turned on. Days marked «Not everywhere» and half days (24 and 31 December) are partly turned off. Bookings made before the day was blocked remain in place.
