# Video meetings with Google Meet and Zoom

Zitli can automatically create a video link for every booking. The link appears in the confirmation sent to you and your client, in the booking details and in your calendar.

## Google Meet

When you connect a Google calendar, Google Meet is available right away and becomes your default for video meetings, as long as you have not chosen another default yet. Your sample event types then also use Google Meet.

## Connecting Zoom

You need a Zoom account; a free one is enough.

1. Open **Settings › Conferencing** and click **Add**.
2. Choose **Zoom Video** and click **Install app**.
3. Sign in to Zoom and click **Allow**.
4. Back in Zitli, Zoom appears in your list of conferencing apps.

On Zoom, Zitli may only create, change and delete meetings and read your meeting settings. Zitli does not access recordings, chats, contacts or participant lists.

## Choosing a video service for an event type

1. Open **Event types** and the event type.
2. Under **Location**, choose Google Meet, Zoom Video or Microsoft Teams and save.

Every new booking for this event type gets its own link. If the appointment is rescheduled, Zitli updates the meeting; if it is cancelled, the meeting is deleted.

**Setting a default:** under **Settings › Conferencing**, choose **Set as default** in the menu of the service you want.

Bookings made before you connected the service keep their previous location.

## Removing Zoom

In Zitli, go to **Settings › Conferencing** and choose «Remove app» in the Zoom menu. We also recommend removing Zitli in the Zoom App Marketplace under Manage › Added Apps. Event types that used Zoom then need a new location; otherwise new bookings are confirmed without a video link.
