# Frequently asked questions

**Do my clients need a Zitli account to book?**
No. Clients open your link, choose a time and enter their name and email address.

**Which languages is Zitli available in?**
German, French, Italian and English, in the app and on the booking page.

**Is Zitli an alternative to Calendly?**
Yes. Zitli does the same job and is built for Switzerland: cantonal public holidays, four languages, prices in CHF, hosting in the EU. Calendly currently offers more integrations and already has team features. For switching, see «Switching from Calendly to Zitli».

**How is it different from Cal.com?**
Both use the open scheduling software cal.diy. Zitli is the managed Swiss version: hosted in the EU, in CHF, multilingual, with cantonal public holidays, and without you having to run your own servers.

**Are there team features?**
Not yet. Round-robin, shared appointments with multiple hosts, managed event types and team pages are in development. However, each person can have their own account with their own link.

**Is there a mobile app?**
Zitli runs in the browser and is optimised for smartphones. Open app.zitli.ch on your phone; you can add the page to your home screen.

**Can I connect Zitli to other tools?**
Yes, via webhooks (**Settings › Developer › Webhooks**): Zitli notifies your system of new, rescheduled, cancelled or paid bookings. There are also calendars (Google, Outlook, Apple, CalDAV), video services (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), Stripe and AI assistants via MCP.

**I work in several cantons. What should I do?**
You choose one canton per account. Add extra public holidays from another canton as time off or as a date override.
